Yes. ArenaCX operates the outsourcing marketplace and will facilitate your end-to-end sourcing journey, but the BPO(s) you hire will sign a direct contract with you. While we facilitate this contract, we do not sign it — however, there is a separate agreement you will sign with us to become a member of the marketplace, unlocking the power of our partner roster, toolset, and sourcing programs.

Although other pricing models are available, the most common pricing methodology used on ArenaCX campaigns is price per hour. This is an industry standard pricing convention that is widely accepted. However, it’s possible to utilize other models. Smaller deals often default to Prepaid Monthly terms, while for larger deals the terms will default to Net 15 Days from Invoice Date unless otherwise negotiated between the parties.
The cost varies based on the geography of the agent team, the function being outsourced, the agent skill set required, and other factors. We can provide in-depth pricing information after a brief discovery process.

Once a contract is signed, your selected BPO will run an onboarding project that consists of agent recruiting, equipping, training, and launch, followed by an agreed cadence of oversight meetings to ensure your campaign is on track. ArenaCX personnel remain available as escalation contacts.
Contracts may have variable durations based on your outsourcing campaign needs. We’ve supported everything from single-day events to long-term agreements. That said, it’s not uncommon to see a 90-day minimum followed by month-to-month terms with an exit procedure.
Because outsourcing campaigns involve hiring agents and paying them for hours worked, free trials aren’t very common. That said, from time to time, our BPO partners may offer a special program for 1 or 2 agents free for the first month, or discounted pricing during the training period.
Invoices will typically be sent to you from the ArenaCX marketplace. This allows the marketplace to conduct a 15-point invoice audit against the BPO’s billing, deduct a marketplace fee from the BPO’s receipts, and disburse the proceeds promptly to the BPO. The marketplace fee is paid for by your BPO partner and is already included in your pricing.
