Alan Pendleton, Founder & CEO

The visionary and architect behind ArenaCX, Alan is committed to helping companies design, manage, and optimize their CX solutions. His previous work in CX earned numerous industry recognitions and his experience in companies large and small has taken him to destinations around the globe. Alan earned an MBA from Duke University, where he graduated as a Fuqua Scholar. He lives in central North Carolina, and has been blessed with a wife and two daughters.

Terry Munroe, COO

Terry is a dynamic leader with over a decade of diverse leadership experience spanning organizations of various sizes and industries. His career took an impactful turn when he was recruited straight out of business school to play a key role in negotiating contracts as a member of BP’s Incident Response Team during the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Terry’s academic background in Mathematics and Economics equips him to make well-informed decisions and tackle complex challenges. He is deeply passionate about forging win-win partnerships to drive success.

Tom Kelleher, VP Technology

Tom is a seasoned software designer, developer, and engineer with a diverse background spanning supply chain management, healthcare, non-profit insurance, law enforcement, and marketing. As the product architect of ArenaCX, Tom has shaped our tech landscape, overseeing system architecture and managing dynamic development resource teams. Previously, he served as Digital Product Manager for an international health organization in Nashville, where he led the creation of a smoking cessation app, still used by the French government today.
