August 16, 2023: Telecom, Inc. was pleased to announce the launch of our dual inbound and outbound services solution for the small and medium-sized business market. The full suite of inbound and outbound contact center services supports the SMB market in the current economic landscape by providing a scalable workforce of highly trained agents. These agents are deployed to handle the entire buyer’s journey. They cover everything from outbound lead generation and appointment setting to post-sale customer service and technical support, depending on a business’s specific needs.

September 1, 2023: Telecom, Inc. went live with Omni QM, a suite of advanced quality management tools designed to facilitate the process of assessing and improving the quality of agent communications across all media channels. Omni QM uses interaction recordings, agent screen recordings, and AI based sentiment analysis to streamline and improve Quality Assurance throughout the entire Customer Experience.

September 7, 2023: Telecom, Inc. launched a new client partnership with an international durable goods manufacturer specializing in retail and DTC sales. Telecom provides dedicated outsourced customer service and sales support and outbound across multiple channels for the US and AUS markets.

December 1, 2023: Telecom, Inc, launched a new client partnership with a US based manufacturer and installer of Construction/Renovation products. The client operates in multiple states and Telecom provides dedicated customer service and order support across multiple interaction channels, including voice, chat, email and SMS.
